The Wedding Of

Daniel & Lauren

Wednesday 4 NovemberBonogin, QLD, Australia

A note from us

Our favourite chapter yet.

Our story is still being written, but this is one chapter we’ll remember forever. The adventures, laughs, everyday memories, big decisions and quiet moments have all led us here.

We wanted a wedding that feels like us: a few relaxed days together, good food, drinks, music, laughs and the people who mean the most. Thank you for being part of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.

A little request

Be here with us.

With family coming from around the world, this time together is precious. Please keep phones on Do Not Disturb through the week and use them mainly to capture the moments.

During the ceremony, we’d love every phone tucked away so we can all be fully present.

Monday night

Come for the outfits. Stay for the chaos.

Before the ceremony comes Op Shop Night: a family games night full of very low fashion standards and very high competitive spirit.

Theme confirmedOp Shop Night

Find something gloriously questionable and dress to impress.

01

Make the bride’s dress

Toilet paper, teams and spectacularly questionable design decisions.

02

Family trivia

Daniel, Lauren, family history, funny stories and a few surprises.

03

Reverse charades

One person guesses while the whole team acts. Chaos is expected.

One night in Bonogin

Your signature cocktail.

Each couple will create and serve a small signature cocktail. Classy, chaotic, romantic, tropical or entirely invented—just give it a name and a little personality. Bring the ingredients, garnish and any special glassware you need.

Garden formal outfit inspiration moodboard

What to wear

Garden Formal.

Think formal garden party, not black tie: elevated and relaxed, with soft tailoring, natural tones and something comfortable enough for an indoor/outdoor celebration.

A small colour note: the bride will be wearing white and the groom will be wearing a dark brown suit, so please avoid white and dark brown.

For her

Midi or maxi dresses, soft florals, elegant neutrals, earthy tones, pastels or a dressy jumpsuit.

For him

Linen suits, lightweight blazers, tailored trousers, soft neutrals, navy, olive, sand or stone.

Choose block heels, wedges, loafers or dressy flats that are comfortable around the property.

Pack your bags

A little list for a very big week.

Alongside the essentials, don’t forget your party-night look and everything needed for your couple’s cocktail.

Good to know

A few answers before we go.

The details still being confirmed—addresses, menus, parking and Byron arrangements—will be shared with the family as soon as they’re ready.

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony, family photos, dinner and evening celebration are all at the wedding accommodation in Bonogin. No wedding-day travel is needed.

When should everyone be ready?

Please be dressed and gathered for pre-ceremony drinks by 2:30 pm. The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm on Tuesday 4 November.

What should I wear?

Garden Formal: polished, elegant and comfortable for a relaxed indoor/outdoor setting. Linen or lightweight tailoring, cocktail or midi/maxi dresses, dressy separates and comfortable shoes are all perfect.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes on the wedding day. The menu is still being finalised and dietary requirements will be considered. Bring any particular drinks or snacks you would like for the other days.

Can I take photos?

Absolutely throughout the weekend. During the ceremony, please keep phones away and be fully present while the photographer and videographer capture the moment.

Are gifts expected?

No. Your presence is more than enough—Daniel and Lauren are simply grateful to celebrate and spend this time with you.
